Explored building a scalable, fault-tolerant alerting system using Kafka, Elasticsearch, and Python microservices. The project replaces restrictive commercial tools with a custom, open architecture that detects incidents in real time and dispatches alerts through Kafka topics. Built with Docker Compose, it focuses on modularity, reliability, and simplicity within trusted network environments.
